the venue is amazing and quiet, its location is good, just next door to the '' park area '' under the monorail and the city center and the airport.

This place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services. The location is perfect, close to the train station and right across the Monorail, providing easy access to nearby attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's attention to detail, offering amenities such as dry cleaning, laundry, and a welcome drink. I stayed on an island and the view from the hotel room was amazing. the staff were really friendly and helpful. They offered complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby which was great. the breakfast selection was good and varied. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a convenience store close by.

The hotel is quite far from the main city area, so it takes a bit of time to get to Kobe city. the rooms were a bit dated and could have been cleaner.

The location was excellent, right across the street from the train station which made it very convenient for business travelers. Close to the station meant easy access to transportation which helped us save time. the room was spacious with a decent view overlooking the sea.

The breakfast spread was limited and could use some improvement.

The staff at Plaza was helpful and attentive. When I discovered that the water in the humidifier was empty, I called reception and they promptly sent someone to refill it for me. The view from my room was amazing - I could see the ocean and the cityscape in the distance. The hotel's location on Rokko island was convenient for me, as I wanted a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kobe. the breakfast spread at Plaza was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. I had a pleasant stay at Plaza and would recommend it for its helpful staff, fine view, and convenient location.
